2. Start Your Journey!
Once you become a client of Easy Goings, you'll receive an onboarding packet that includes an Intake Form, a optional Food Log, and an Equipment List. These will help your coach understand your goals, experiences, and current lifestyle practices, and design a program that's perfect for you.

3. Work with Your Coach!
During your Initial Call, you'll get to know your coach and discuss your goals, training history, and current lifestyle practices in more detail. Your coach will use this information to refine your program and guide you every step of the way.

4. Let's Get Moving!
The Physical Assessment is an important part of the Easy Goings method. We'll start with simple exercises to assess your mobility, strength, and endurance, and use the results to create a program that's tailored to your needs.

5. Train With Confidence!
With the TrueCoach app, you'll have access to your personalized training, nutrition, and lifestyle program right on your phone. You'll get detailed warm-ups, exercise descriptions with videos, and a place to input your results and ask questions. Your coach will use this information to refine your program and help you reach your goals.

At Easy Goings, our goal is to help you live your best life outside of the gym. You'll have daily communication with your coach via the app to keep you motivated and on track. We're here to support you every step of the way.
